Create your ZenSched booking page
Add your services, hours, staff and booking rules. ZenSched gives you a Smart Slug you can use on any Wix page.

Choose link, popup, bubble or inline
Use a normal Wix button for the simplest setup. Use the ZenSched widget snippet if you want a floating booking bubble, popup button or embedded booking area.

Open the Wix page editor
Pick the page where people already decide to book, usually your home page, services page or contact page.

Add the booking action
For a link, paste the Smart Slug into the Wix button URL. For the widget, add the versioned script and widget container in a Wix embed/custom code block.

Test a real appointment
Book a test slot from the published Wix page. Confirm the appointment appears in ZenSched and the customer confirmation email arrives.

Do I need a Wix booking app?+

No. ZenSched can work from a plain Wix link or through the embeddable widget. You do not need to rebuild your site around a Wix-specific booking app.

Can I keep my current Wix design?+

Yes. Your marketing site stays in Wix. ZenSched handles the booking flow, availability checks, staff selection and reminder emails.

Can I add a floating booking button to Wix?+

Yes. Use the bubble mode in the ZenSched embed snippet and choose bottom right or bottom left for the position.

Will customers leave my Wix site?+

How do reminders work?+

ZenSched sends a confirmation email the moment a client books and a reminder email before the appointment. Sends run on a queue so they never block a booking.

Do you support multiple staff members with different services?+

Yes. Each staff member has their own hours and service list. Clients pick a service, then a specific staff member or Anyone, and only real availability shows up.

How do you prevent double bookings?+

The public booking endpoint is transactional and rate limited. It validates the full service duration against staff hours, existing appointments and capacity in a single call, so two clients hitting the same slot cannot both win.
