0. Operator & Merchant of Record

The ZenSched service is provided by ZenSched Technologies (sole proprietorship). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics of your purchase and are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

1. The Service

ZenSched is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") booking and scheduling platform that lets businesses publish booking pages, manage appointments, staff, services, customers, and communications. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use ZenSched. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@zensched.app of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle and ZenSched to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features after a reasonable grace period.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@zensched.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ZenSched for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the platform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label ZenSched without our written permission.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

6. Customer & Business Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, services, pricing, and availability, for honoring bookings made through your ZenSched page, for complying with consumer protection and tax laws in your jurisdiction, and for obtaining any consent required to collect and process your end customers' personal data through the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

ZenSched and its underlying software, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

8. Service Availability

We work hard to keep ZenSched reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenSched and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZenSched harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZenSched Technologiesis established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
