Do you support multiple locations?+

Yes. Free and Starter include 1 store. Pro includes up to 3 stores, with paid location add-ons available. Owners can manage stores from one workspace and group linked stores under a single /g/ page so clients can pick a branch.

Do you support multiple staff members with different services?+

Yes. Each staff member has their own hours and service list. Clients pick a service, then a specific staff member or Anyone, and only real availability shows up.

Can each staff member have different working hours?+

Yes. Every staff member has their own hours and service list, and business hours support multiple windows a day so lunch breaks and split shifts are respected. Availability is calculated per person.

How hard is it to switch from another booking system?+

There is no migration project. You add your services, hours and staff, then share the new link. Most owners run the old system until the last booked appointment passes, then stop renewing it.

Is ZenSched really free to try?+

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 store, 1 staff member, up to 5 services and 30 bookings per month, a booking page, confirmation emails and 24-hour email reminders. ZenSched branding stays visible. It does not expire and no credit card is required.

Do you send SMS reminders?+

Not yet. Reminders go by email today. If SMS is a hard requirement for you, tell us — we ship based on what customers ask for.
