Yes. Each staff member has their own hours and service list. Clients pick a service, then a specific staff member or Anyone, and only real availability shows up.

Do I own my customer data?+

Yes. Every booking creates a customer record in your workspace. Export any time. ZenSched does not resell or remarket to your clients.

Does ZenSched include a point of sale?+

No. There is no POS, no card terminal and no inventory. If running the register is the main job you need software for, a full commerce suite is a better fit. ZenSched handles booking, calendars, staff and reminders.

Can I take deposits or payments through the booking page?+

Not today. ZenSched focuses on the calendar and the booking experience. Payment collection is on the roadmap; for now most customers collect payment in person or through their existing processor.
