Questions people ask

Can I put this link in my Instagram bio?+

Yes. It is a normal short URL, so it works in the bio link field, in link in bio tools, in Stories and in your Google Business profile.

Do clients have to leave Instagram or install anything?+

They open your page in the in app browser and book there. There is nothing to install.

Can I still take DM bookings?+

Yes. Add the appointment yourself from the dashboard and it blocks the slot straight away, so the public page stays accurate.

Is the booking link free?+

Yes, on the Free Beta plan, including reminders. Paid plans add staff seats, extra locations and the option to hide the Powered by ZenSched line.

Can I use ZenSched with my existing website?+

Yes. Every booking page has a standalone link at your Smart Slug on booking.zensched.app. Share it in an Instagram bio, on Google Business, in an email signature, or link to it from any site.

Do you support multiple staff members with different services?+

Yes. Each staff member has their own hours and service list. Clients pick a service, then a specific staff member or Anyone, and only real availability shows up.

Can I take deposits or payments through the booking page?+

Not today. ZenSched focuses on the calendar and the booking experience. Payment collection is on the roadmap; for now most customers collect payment in person or through their existing processor.

Do you send SMS reminders?+

Not yet. Reminders go by email today. If SMS is a hard requirement for you, tell us — we ship based on what customers ask for.
