    One plan.Not five add-ons.

Schedulicity sells the extras separately. ZenSched puts the booking page, staff calendars, custom fields and reminder emails in the same flat plan.

    The essentials

    What you actually get

    1. 01

      Add-ons are just features

Custom booking fields, recurring bookings and reminder emails come with the plan, not as line items.

    2. 02

A page that looks like you

Logo, colors and font carry from your booking page into confirmation emails.

    3. 03

      Roles that hold up

Owner, Manager and Staff enforced in the database. Staff see their own book, not the whole shop.

    4. 04

      Live in ten minutes

Services, hours, link. No onboarding call and nothing to import.

    FAQ

    Questions people ask

How hard is it to switch from another booking system?+

There is no migration project. You add your services, hours and staff, then share the new link. Most owners run the old system until the last booked appointment passes, then stop renewing it.

Can each staff member have different working hours?+

Yes. Every staff member has their own hours and service list, and business hours support multiple windows a day so lunch breaks and split shifts are respected. Availability is calculated per person.

    Do you support multiple locations?+

Yes. Run several stores from one workspace with an owner view across all of them. Group linked stores under a single /g/ home page so clients can pick the closest branch.

    How do reminders work?+

ZenSched sends a confirmation email the moment a client books and a reminder email before the appointment. Sends run on a queue so they never block a booking.

Is ZenSched really free to try?+

Yes. The Free Beta plan gives you a full booking page, unlimited appointments and email reminders. No credit card to start.

Can I take deposits or payments through the booking page?+

Not today. ZenSched focuses on the calendar and the booking experience. Payment collection is on the roadmap; for now most customers collect payment in person or through their existing processor.

    Do you send SMS reminders?+

Not yet. Reminders go by email today. If SMS is a hard requirement for you, tell us — we ship based on what customers ask for.

    Everything in one plan.

The booking page, the calendars, the reminders. No shopping list.
