Can I protect reset time between clients?+

Yes. Set a buffer per treatment. Availability subtracts it before offering the next slot, so back to back bookings cannot eat your turnaround.

Can clients fill in an intake before the session?+

You can add required or optional questions to the booking form and read the answers on the appointment. It is a booking form, not a clinical records system.

Does it handle a two therapist clinic?+

Yes. Add each therapist as a staff member with their own hours and treatments. Clients pick a therapist or Anyone available.

Can clients book recurring appointments?+

Yes. Recurring bookings can be created weekly, biweekly or monthly. Each series links back to a parent appointment so you can manage them as a set.

Can each staff member have different working hours?+

Yes. Every staff member has their own hours and service list, and business hours support multiple windows a day so lunch breaks and split shifts are respected. Availability is calculated per person.

Can I take deposits or payments through the booking page?+

Not today. ZenSched focuses on the calendar and the booking experience. Payment collection is on the roadmap; for now most customers collect payment in person or through their existing processor.

Do you send SMS reminders?+

Not yet. Reminders go by email today. If SMS is a hard requirement for you, tell us — we ship based on what customers ask for.
