Practical guide
Clients forget most of what you tell them at the end of an appointment. They are excited, they are paying, and they are thinking about the result, not the next two weeks of care. Written aftercare fixes that. A printed card they take home and a text they can find on their phone mean they always know what to do, and they are far less likely to message you at midnight asking whether something is normal. Good aftercare also protects your reputation, because a badly healed tattoo or lash set reflects on you even when the client caused it. And it is the best moment to book the next visit: put the timing and your booking link right on the card.
Each service gets its own first-24-hours steps, daily care, things to avoid and warning signs.
Your studio name and contact appear on the card so clients know who to ask.
Print cards for the front desk, or paste into Canva to match your brand.
Send the short version by text or WhatsApp the same day, with your booking link.
